• Crab Pop-Up in Tokyo

    The Shangri-La Hotel in central Tokyo hosts a Ministry of Crab pop-up in collaboration with television personality and Chef Dharshan Munidasa, Sept. 25-28. The five-course menu showcases fresh Sri Lankan crab and local seafood, prepared with Japanese flair. Dishes include Pepper Crab alongside a sauce seasoned with hand-crushed and whole black peppercorns; Crab Liver Paté; and Garlic Chili Crab served on kade bread and prepared with Italian olive oil, garlic, Sri Lankan chili flakes and Japanese soy sauce.
