    Cycling has loads of health benefits.
    Commuting to work on a push bike has been shown to cut your risk of heart disease and cancer by half (and probably increases your risk of death thanks to car dooring etc but let's ignore that for a second) and from personal experience, is great for your energy levels and mental health.
